How to Download PAN Card By PAN Number & Date of Birth

The computerized and registered economy is the key fact of every developed country. Government of India has realized the fact lately but “Came Late, Came correct”. PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is a 10 digit code contains numerics and Alphabets. This number is issued by the Indian government under income tax ordinance under section 139A. The process is supervised by CBTD India (Central Board of Direct Taxes). It also maintains the proof of Indian residents identification.

National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) with the collaboration of UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL ) has launched PAN Card. This PAN is the one-click access to all data for the TaxPayers and Government. It will include all the paid taxes, income, net income, etc of taxpayers.

Basically these services are launched to facilitate overseas Indians. People who are living outside of India but have properties in their motherland can know what is their position in the paper of the Tax department. Do you have any liabilities on you or all cleared? Download NSDL E-PAN Card

Step 1: First of all, go to its official website and request for e-PAN – NSDL.

Step 2: Here you need to enter your personal details such as:

  • PAN Number: Enter your unique 10 digits pan number.
  • Date of Birth: Select date, month and year.
  • GSTN (Optional): Give your Goods and Service Tax Number (if available)
  • Captcha: Enter CAPTCHA code which you will see in the image.

Step 3: Tap the submit button after entering all essentials details. Now you will be redirected to the next page. Here you will see details such as PAN, Registered Email ID and Mobile Number with your card.

Step 4: After that, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) for confirmation on your registered email ID and mobile number. Select where you want to receive (OTP) on mobile or email or both.

Step 5: Once done, now you need to check the terms and condition of the Income Tax Department.

Step 6: Now click on Generate OTP button. You will receive the OTP on your email or mobile number.  This OTP is valid only for the next ten minutes. Type OTP and then click on the option Validate to continue.

Step 7: On the next page, you will see how much fee you need to pay and transaction ID of your request.

Step 8: Now click on Pay Confirm option. Here you need to complete the procedure of fee payment. Pay fee via Credit or Debit Card, Wallet or Cash Cards, UPI and BharatQR.

Step 9: After paying the fee you will get the payment receipt. Tap on the continue button. On Payment receipt, you will get details such as Transaction Number, Date & Time of Transaction, Bank Reference number and Amount of Payment.

Step 10: Click on Generate > Print Payment Receipt button > download receipt in PDF format. Your Pan card number has been created successfully. Copy the number or take a screenshot.

Step 11: Now you will see the message “Thank you for using the online e-PAN generation facility”. “Your e-PAN request successfully accepted vide acknowledgment number —–.”.

Step 12: Go to the official NSDL website to login. Download e-PAN page.

Step 13: Here enter the Acknowledgement Pan Number, Enter CAPTCHA, and click on the submit button.

Step 14: Doing this you will see information such as acknowledgment Pan number, email id, and mobile number.

Step 15: Select where you want to receive OTP. Email or Mobile Number. Then Accept terms and conditions and tap on Generate OTP button.

Step 16: After receiving the OTP. Type OTP and click on Validate option.

Step 17: Click on Download PDF Button and save it.

Download UTIITSL E-PAN Card

Step 1: First of all, go to its official website Facility for Download of ePAN Car.

Step 2: Here you need to enter your personal details such as:

  • PAN Number: Enter your unique 10 digits pan number.
  • Date of Birth/ Incorporation / Agreement / Partnership or Trust Deed / Formation of Individuals / Association of Persons: Select date, month and year.
  • GSTN (Optional): Give your Goods and Service Tax Number (if available)
  • Captcha: Enter CAPTCHA code which you will see in the image.

Step 3: Tap the submit button after entering all details. Now you will be redirected to the next page.

Step 4: Here you will see details such as PAN, Registered Email ID and Mobile Number with your card. Make sure that your details are correct.

Step 5: After that, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) from UTIITSL for confirmation on your registered email ID and mobile number. Select where you want to receive (OTP) on mobile or email or both.

Step 6: Click on Generate OTP button. You will receive the OTP on your email or mobile number.  This OTP is valid only for the next ten minutes.

Step 7: Type OTP and then click on the option Validate to generate the acknowledgment receipt. You will get the download link for you pan card by UTIITSL on your registered mobile number and email id.

Step 8: After receiving a download link from UTIITSL. Tap on the link to receive the second OTP on your mobile number.

Step 9: Now type the OTP and then click on the submit button. This will automatically start downlaidng the digital copy of pan card.

Procedure To Apply For Duplicate PAN Card

  • First of all, go to Tax Information Network of Income Tax Department to get duplicate pan card:
  • Now select the type of Application. Choose “Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data / Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in existing PAN Card)
  • Select the category. Individual, an association of persons, a body of individuals, company, trust, limited liability partnership, firm, government, Hindu individual family, artificial juridical person, local authority.
  • Enter all details in the form. It requires details such as last name/surname, first name, middle name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, and captcha code.
  • After entering all details submit the form. Doing this you will see a message that your request is successfully registered. You will see the request with the token number. Moreover, you will also receive mail regarding the request.
  • Now Tap on continue. Doing this you are redirected to the next page. Here you need to submit the document for verification.
